Chicago's first craft distillery since Prohibition. Single-handedly built the company's enterprise ERP system covering production cycle tracking, warehouse management, equipment control, time tracking, payroll, project management, sales analytics, CRM, and document management. 3,182 commits over 7 years.
Current focus has expanded beyond ERP: building AI integration across all company systems - automating workflows end-to-end across production, operations, reporting, and decision support.
